Legislation

With the introduction of the Electricity At Work Regulations 1989 it has now become the legal responsibility of the owner (or nominated person) of the electrical installation to prevent electrical accidents. This calls for all electrical systems and apparatus, which may be attached, to be maintained in a safe condition, protecting users from electrical shock or fire hazards
